About Jeff Halpern
With over 40 years drumming experience and over 25 years teaching experience and CRB certified, I provide one to one drum tuition in my home studio in Mildenhall Suffolk. I also teach drum kit and Djembe classes at local schools and for the Thetford Music Project.
The private lessons are catered to suit each individual for what they want from the lessons. You’ll learn how to read drum music, learn rudiments, many different beats and styles of drumming, 4 way coordination, proper technique and so much more. I have had the privilege of being taught by a few of the worlds top drummers of all time, like Thomas Lang, Gavin Harrison, Jojo Mayer, Billy Ward, Geoff Dugmore, Ash Soan, and Geoff Dunn, so I have a lot to offer.
